Get out of your head and into your body!
Yoga is unlike any other form of exercise because it peels away layers of built-up debris in your body, mind and spirit. Uniting movement to breath allows practitioners to be grounded in their body and present in the moment. The benefits are improved flexibility, strength, peace of mind and confidence.
We will be offering intermediate classes of Baptiste style yoga at the building Madeleine LeBlanc Wednesdays at 5:15pm.
