Gary Sullivan Assistant Building Official is also responsible for the compliance requirement of the Provincial Building Code Act and Regulations along with the National Building Code and the National Energy Code of Canada. Gary is also the Civic numbering coordinator for the Municipality of Clare, his duties include issuing new civic numbers, assisting in road names changes and updating the Nova Scotia Civic Address File for the Clare area. Gary has been with the Municipality of Clare since 2007.
