To help build a stronger community, the Municipality of Clare offers funding to non-profit groups and organizations in the form of grants. Candidates seeking financial assistance from the Municipality for the 2025-2026 fiscal year are asked to complete the required application form which can be picked up at the Municipal Office during business hours or downloaded below. 2025-2026 Fillable Application Form 2025-2026 Printable Application Form Please submit your application in person or by email to Ashley Hanks. The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) is the head of the administrative branch of the government and is responsible to Council for the proper administration of the affairs of the Municipality in accordance with the by-laws of the Municipality and the policies adopted by Council.
