Little Brook, NS – December 1, 2020: For the third year in a row, the Municipality of Clare is launching its Season of Giving campaign to collect donations for local charitable organizations. Residents and businesses in Clare are once again encouraged to show their valued generosity by dropping off non-perishable food items, toiletries, or new toys, or by organizing a donation drive.

Concerns related to public safety, security, and economic uncertainty

CLARE, NOVA SCOTIA (Nov. 27, 2020) – The Mayors and Wardens of eleven municipal units in Southwest Nova Scotia are working together with a unified voice to raise public safety, security, and economic concerns of the municipal units and their residents related to the ongoing tensions surrounding the fishery in Saint Mary’s Bay.

Little Brook, NS – October 29, 2020: At the official swearing in ceremony on Wednesday, October 28, Ronnie LeBlanc of District 7 was unanimously appointed Warden of the Municipality of Clare for a third mandate.

The year 2020 marks 20 years in municipal politics for Mr. LeBlanc. He has held the position of Warden since 2012.
